We are looking for a highly proactive, fashion-aware, and client-focused professional to join our retail and studio team in Mumbai.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, client servicing, and studio coordination, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients while also ensuring smooth day-to-day store and operational flow.

What You Will Do

Sales & Client Experience

- Assist in-store sales, walk-ins, and appointment-based client servicing
- Support styling consultations and help create a premium client experience
- Follow up with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone to drive conversions and engagement
- Assist in managing relationships with repeat and high-value clients

Orders, CRM & Coordination

- Support order processing, alterations, and delivery coordination
- Maintain and update CRM, client databases, and sales tracking
- Coordinate smooth communication between clients, studio, and production teams

Studio & Retail Support

- Assist in day-to-day studio and store operations
- Support inventory tracking, stock movement,



and replenishment
- Help ensure smooth execution during exhibitions, trunk shows, and events

Who You Are

- 1–4 years of experience in fashion retail, client servicing, sales, or studio coordination

•⁠ ⁠Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a fashion-forward portfolio are welcome

•⁠ ⁠Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury client experience
