The Assistant Civil Engineer supports the planning, maintenance, and supervision of civil engineering works within the club premises. This includes buildings, sports facilities, roads, drainage systems, swimming pools, landscaping structures, and other infrastructure. The role ensures that all civil works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Assist in planning, designing, and supervising civil construction and maintenance works within the club.
2. Monitor construction activities, repairs, and renovation projects for club buildings and facilities.
3. Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure such as pathways, parking areas, drainage systems, sports courts, and swimming pools.
4. Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project reports for maintenance or current works.
5. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain records of drawings, project documents, and maintenance schedules.
7. Assist in budget planning and cost control for civil works.
8. Monitor material usage and verify work measurements and contractor bills.
9. Support emergency repairs and structural assessments when needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, or facility management.
3. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,891.49 per month
