Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and agile Admin Head to oversee the administrative operations at Chitkara International School, Chandigarh and Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in school administration with strong expertise in transport management and knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidelines applicable to educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the overall administrative functions of the school campus.
- Oversee transport operations including route planning, vehicle maintenance, safety compliance, and coordination with drivers and transport staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and government guidelines applicable to school operations.
- Coordinate with school leadership for smooth execution of administrative processes and policies.
- Manage facility operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor and improve administrative systems, processes, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
- Support school events, logistics, and campus management activities.
- Maintain records and documentation related to compliance, audits, and inspections
