Job Title: Admin cum Customer Relationship Executive – Sweet ShopJob Summary

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and organized Admin cum Customer Relationship Executive for our sweet shop operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service, billing support, order coordination, administrative activities, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship & Sales Support

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate bulk orders, festival orders, and online orders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for repeat business and special occasions.
- Support sales promotion activities and customer engagement programs.

Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain daily records, invoices, and customer databases.
- Prepare reports related to sales, stock, attendance, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with store staff, kitchen team, and delivery team.
- Handle phone calls, emails,



WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment schedules.
- Maintain office files, documents, and petty cash records.
- Assist management in day-to-day administrative activities.

Billing & Coordination
- Support billing and cash counter operations when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for regular follow-ups.
- Ensure proper stock and order coordination with concerned departments.
- Monitor cleanliness and discipline within the outlet.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to manage multitasking and store coordination.
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
- Basic billing/POS software knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, retail, or food industry preferred.
- MBA - HR & Marketing - Freshers are also shall apply

Pay: ₹17,050.36 - ₹20,141.10 per month
