- AR Calling: Handle accounts receivable calls for various clients, ensuring timely payments and resolving payment issues.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients over the phone or via email to follow up on overdue payments and provide details of outstanding invoices.
- Payment Follow-up: Work closely with customers to secure payment and resolve discrepancies. Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or team leaders.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, payment statuses, and account notes in the system.
- Invoice Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile client invoices to ensure accuracy before initiating collections.
- Customer Queries: Resolve any customer queries related to payments, billing, and account status in a timely and qualified manner.
- Denial Management:



Handle and manage payment denials from clients or insurance providers (if applicable). Investigate the reasons behind the denials and work with the concerned departments to resolve and re-submit claims.
- Appeal and Rework: Initiate and follow up on appeals for denied claims or payments, ensuring that all necessary documentation and corrections are submitted to clients or insurers in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly AR reports, highlighting the collection status, aging analysis, and any potential issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations in all dealings.
