We are urgently hiring an Accountant cum Accounts Manager for our CA firm. The candidate should have practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC/MCA compliance, accounting, Tally, Excel, client coordination, and daily compliance work.

The role requires a responsible candidate who can manage taxation, accounting, compliance, documentation, and client follow-up work in a professional CA firm environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and related returns
- Handle GST reconciliation, ITC matching, and ledger checking
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns
- Prepare income tax computation and related workings
- Handle TDS calculation, challan preparation, return filing, and reconciliation
- Assist in ROC/MCA forms and company compliance work
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software
- Prepare accounting entries, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and finalization support




- Coordinate with clients for data, documents, and compliance deadlines
- Prepare working papers, MIS, finance documents, and compliance files
- Support senior team in audit, taxation, notices, and client advisory work
- Manage daily office-related accounting and compliance matters

Required Candidate Profile
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, ROC/MCA, Tally, and Excel
- Prior experience in a CA firm preferred
- Ability to handle multiple clients and compliance deadlines
- Valuable communication and client coordination skills
- Responsible, sincere, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Immediate joining or short notice period preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
