Key Responsibilities - Design and execute academic strategies for CA and commerce-related courses.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to refine course structure and content.
- Collaborate with faculty, content, and product teams to develop high-quality learning programs.
- Contribute to content planning across platforms including YouTube, app, and other digital channels.
- Drive growth initiatives through social media insights and digital engagement strategies.
- Monitor student feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness.
- Support launch strategies for recent batches, courses, and academic initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in academic planning, edtech, or commerce-related roles.
- Strong understanding of online education platforms and digital content ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and content strategy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
