- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM
- Experience with integrated planning and consolidation solutions
- Exposure to additional EPM modules like ARCS, Narrative Reporting, etc.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Well versed with configurations, custom fields and fast formulas with solid understanding of integration with other Fusion applications and third party systems.
- Experience developing business rules, calculations and Smart View reporting
- Experience with Data Management, integration and automation
- Strong Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
