Aharada Education e is inviting applications for the position of a qualified and experienced AME Instructor to join our Aerospace Engineering division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on aircraft maintenance experience and a passion for training the next generation of aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver theoretical and practical instruction in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical or Avionics stream as applicable)
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments .
- Instruct students on aircraft systems, Aerodynamics, Aircraft Propulsion, Space Flight Mechanics , maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulations
- Supervise and guide students during practical training sessions/workshops
- Maintain training records, student progress reports, and attendance documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and aviation training regulations




- Assist in the development and updating of curriculum as per regulatory changes
- Support admissions , audits, inspections, and institute-level academic improvements

Requirements:

- AME or Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in aircraft maintenance or teaching
- Strong command of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and aviation regulations
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Previous teaching/training experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

- Practical experience on live aircraft .
- Digital literacy and ability to use up-to-date training tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
