We are currently looking for an energetic professional to join our growing sales team.

Work Mode: Work from Home

Shift: 9 Hours shift (Flexible between 9 AM – 9 PM with 1 weekly off)

Who is it for: Experience or interested in handling sales calls and queries

Weekend Availability: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide frontend support
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Manage customer queries and ensure a smooth end-to-end booking experience
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate follow-up records

Requirements





- Prior experience in sales / telesales / inside sales / start-ups is preferred (not mandatory)
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong communication skills with an ability to actively listen
- Familiarity with Pune locations and landmarks (preferred for local customer support, Not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities
- Freshers are welcome to apply
