Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Leader – Defective Products to oversee defective product handling processes, coordinate with vendors and brands, and ensure timely resolution of product-related issues. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills and the ability to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the defective products team and daily operations.
- Manage defective product handling, verification, and resolution processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, brands, and internal teams regarding defective product cases.
- Monitor and track product replacements, repairs, and closures.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of escalated cases.




- Prepare and maintain reports related to defective product management.
- Analyse trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

- Any graduate.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in defective product handling and vendor coordination.
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Robust problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
