Summary

Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.
- Maintain and consistently implement Hyatt brand standards across all service touchpoints.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with hotel and statutory requirements.

Guest Experience

- Actively engage with guests to ensure a warm, personalized, and memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Training

- Lead, guide, and motivate the service team to achieve high performance standards.
- Conduct on-the-job training to ensure strong product knowledge, service etiquette, and grooming standards.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, discipline, and service excellence.

Sales & Revenue Focus

- Drive upselling initiatives and promote menu items, beverages, and special promotions.




- Encourage product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques within the team.
- Support service excellence initiatives aimed at increasing guest spend and repeat business.

Administration & Inventory

- Assist with inventory checks, requisitions, and stock control to minimize wastage.
- Support basic administrative tasks including shift planning, attendance, and daily operational reports.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 18 months of experience in a similar Team Leader or supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
- Prior experience in luxury hotels or premium dining environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication, leadership, and guest handling skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
- Sound knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
