We are hiring Fresher & Experienced Candidates for Backend Sales roles in the manufacturing sector.
Role Overview
Backend Sales professionals will support the sales process by coordinating with internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Study customer specifications and prepare required documents (Offer, Test Reports, GTP, past records, vendor credentials, etc.)
- Coordinate with pre-design team and clients to clarify queries and finalize specifications
- Conduct kick-off and launch meetings to communicate customer requirements internally
- Ensure smooth coordination with factory and clients till final product dispatch
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups throughout the order lifecycle
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
Technical Expertise (Preferred)
- Strong product knowledge of Transformers (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–4 years in Manufacturing Industry (Freshers can also apply)
- Relevant qualification preferred
