MANOJ INVESTMENTS is looking for an Investment Operations Executive for handling investment operations, client coordination, documentation, and back-office support related to shares, demat, mutual funds, and wealth management services.

Responsibilities

- Handling Demat & Share-related documentation
- Mutual Fund & IPO processing support
- Client follow-up and coordination
- Preparing forms and maintaining records
- Coordination with brokers, RTAs, banks & agencies
- Excel reporting and MIS maintenance
- Email drafting and documentation handling
- Assisting in investment and wealth management operations

- Demat Services
- Bonds & Debentures
- IPO Investments
- Transmission of Shares




- Lost Share Certificate Assistance
- PMS & AIF Operations

Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 Year Experience Required
✔ Commerce Graduate Preferred
✔ NISM Certification Preferred
✔ Basic knowledge of Investments / Demat / Mutual Funds preferred
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
