Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Computer Vision . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to design intelligent systems capable of solving complex real-world problems. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions involving multimodal models, reasoning systems, and advanced automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar.
- Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance and accuracy.
- Build and integrate Computer Vision models for tasks like object detection, image classification, OCR, and video analysis.
- Develop logical reasoning pipelines using AI models for decision-making, problem-solving, and automation workflows.
- Work on multimodal AI systems combining text, image, and structured data.
- Fine-tune and evaluate models for performance, bias, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Implement APIs and scalable architectures for AI services.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs using feedback loops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience with LLMs and NLP techniques




- Hands-on expertise in Prompt Engineering
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Knowledge of Computer Vision libraries (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, etc.)
- Understanding of transformers and deep learning architectures
- Experience in building reasoning-based AI systems or rule-based + ML hybrid systems
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Valuable understanding of data structures, algorithms, and logical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multimodal models (text + image)
- Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Experience in model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Nice to Have

- Experience in building AI agents or autonomous systems
- Knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph
