pools competitors and industry trends to create talent maps and inform hiring strategies Your experience should include 5 years of experience in talent sourcing talent intelligence or recruitment strategy with a strong focus on the India talent market Expertise in sourcing tools LinkedIn Recruiter Instahyre SeekOut GitHub X-Ray search etc and ability to leverage AI and multiple channels for pipelining and outreach Strong understanding of market research and talent mapping to proactively identify talent pipelines Ability to analyze and present data to hiring teams showcasing talent trends and pipeline effectiveness Experience crafting personalized cold outreach strategies to engage passive candidates Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and educate
