Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Khairatabad. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and engage potential clients, present company solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and tracking performance against targets.
The executive will also contribute to market planning, analyze customer feedback, and suggest improvements to sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Research and Market Planning to identify opportunities, segment customers, and support data-driven decisions.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Marketing skills to plan and execute campaigns, support brand positioning, and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present solutions clearly and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage, especially in technology or service-based industries.
