We are partnering with a leading global financial institution on a senior leadership mandate within its Macro Solutions platform. The firm is looking to add an experienced Structuring skilled with strong exposure across asset classes to support the continued growth and evolution of its structured solutions capabilities.

This role will work closely with global Trading, Sales, Risk, and Quantitative teams, focusing on the development and delivery of sophisticated client-centric solutions across macro products. The position offers significant visibility across senior stakeholders and involvement in strategic initiatives spanning product innovation, risk management, and platform enhancement.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in structured products, pricing methodologies, payoff design, and hedging strategies within macro markets. Candidates with backgrounds in Structuring, Front Office Risk, Quantitative Analytics, or related functions within leading investment banks will be of particular interest.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Structuring and execution support across macro derivatives and bespoke solutions.
- Development of scalable and innovative product capabilities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams across trading, quantitative analytics, and risk.
- Oversight of governance, approvals, and transaction lifecycle considerations.




- Engagement with analytical and automation-driven initiatives supporting the business.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Strong experience across different asset classes.
- Expertise in exotic and non-linear structures.
- Robust quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.
- Exposure to pricing, hedging, and transaction-level risk analysis.
