Key Responsibilities

Review demand trends and align production plans with available manufacturing capacity to ensure smooth operations
- .Coordinate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to address planning gaps and maintain uninterrupted material flow
- .Monitor production schedules, create and manage process orders, and ensure timely preparation of BMR/BPR for upcoming production activities
- .Track material receipts, consumption, and quality clearances while ensuring timely availability of critical and long lead-time materials
- .Manage JIT materials, inventory movements, blocked stock, and near-expiry materials to minimize shortages, wastage, and operational delays
- .Handle Track Wise change controls, artwork revisions, and BOM approvals in SAP S/4HANA
- .Participate in S&OP; discussions and contribute to MIS reporting, planning dashboards, and performance review presentations
- .Support process improvement initiatives such as batch size optimization, site transfers, and alternate vendor validations
- .Work extensively on SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (PP Module) for planning, tracking, and operational activities
