A client of Strategic Management Alliance is launching an intimate Luxury Wildlife Resort in one of Rajasthan’s most iconic and experiential wilderness destinations .

Set amidst dramatic granite landscapes, rich wildlife, and immersive cultural surroundings, this upcoming boutique luxury property has been conceptualized to deliver highly personalized, experience-led hospitality for discerning travellers.

We are now seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead the property through its pre-opening phase and establish the operational and cultural foundations of the resort.

This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in boutique luxury environments and enjoys building properties and teams from the ground up

.Working closely with the Ownership , the incoming GM will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience philosophy, operational systems, service culture, and commercial positioning of the resort. The role offers strong long-term growth potential as the company expands its footprint in the luxury wildlife hospitality segment

- Lead the complete pre-opening process including recruitment, SOP creation, training, and operational set up.




- Oversee all aspects of resort operations with full accountability for guest experience, financial performance, and service standards
- Build and mentor a high-performance hospitality team aligned with luxury boutique service philosophy
- Drive revenue performance through energetic pricing, OTA strategy, travel trade relationships, and destination positioning
- Work closely with Ownership on budgeting, commercial strategy, guest experience enhancement, and long-term expansion planning
- Curate experiential offerings around wildlife, wellness, local culture, and outdoor experiences to create a differentiated guest journey.

Ensure full compliance with statutory, licensing, safety, and hygiene standards

LE

- 12–15 years of Luxury Hospitality experience.
- Minimum 3 years as General Manager / Resort Manager at a Boutique luxury Resort.
- Robust exposure to Wildlife and ability to Conceptualise Luxury Curated Experiences.
- Prior pre-opening or new brand launch experience would be highly preferred.
- Capable of growing into a Cluster role alongwith expansion of the Brand.
- Solid commercial understanding of luxury leisure travel, distribution channels, and revenue management.
- A visible and hands-on hospitality leader with strong people management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a remote residential luxury destination environment
