Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Telecom Pole Load Analysis Engineers to support telecom utility and OSP projects using QuickPole, O-Calc Pro, and SPIDACalc. The role involves performing detailed pole load analysis, make-ready engineering, structural loading review, and ensuring compliance with NESC and telecom utility standards. Candidates with solid analytical skills and hands-on experience in telecom pole engineering are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Telecom Pole Load Analysis (PLA) using QuickPole, O-Calc Pro, and SPIDACalc
- Analyze pole loading, clearances, guying, attachment capacity, and structural integrity
- Support joint-use pole analysis and make-ready engineering activities
- Review field data, engineering drawings, and utility standards
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with NESC, telecom, and utility engineering standards




- Validate engineering deliverables and support quality reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for project execution
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Telecom OSP and Pole Load Analysis
- Hands-on experience with QuickPole, O-Calc Pro, and/or SPIDACalc
- Knowledge of NESC standards and utility pole engineering practices
- Experience in make-ready engineering and structural remediation analysis
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project environments

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Telecom Engineering

Preferred

- Experience working on North American/Canada telecom utility projects
- Exposure to telecom attachment engineering and joint-use utilities
- Team handling or client coordination experience for senior candidates
