Responsibilities

- Together with the team, guided by the Product Owner, develop new core functionality for our product in Microsoft Azure.
- Work on the core platform to increase overall compute density and make more efficient use of Azure resources.
- Implement architectural design decisions with respect to non-functional requirements and future maintainability.
- Ensure technical integrity and maintain high coding standards with the team.
- Constantly learn and improve yourself, the team, and our product by exploring modern engineering practices such as test‑driven development, mob programming, and AI‑driven development approaches, including prompt engineering, code generation, and AI‑supported testing and refactoring.

What We Value / Qualifications

- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or similar.
- More than 8 years of experience in software engineering.
- Solid programming experience in C# and understanding of positive code.
- Knowledge in SQL, Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle.
- Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps tools and parallel programming.




- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure in production environments including pricing, SLAs and security considerations.
- Experience working in an agile environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in an international setting with diverse cultures.
- Positive and constructive approach; contributes to a productive and supportive work environment.
- Initiative-driven, organized, and improvement-focused.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Agentic AI.
