About the Role
We are looking for a Client Success Associate who can help us manage and coordinate client operations after onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, problem-solving, and working closely with teams and clients.
At Magsum Solutions, we work on business consulting, operational restructuring, process improvement, and strategic growth projects. The Client Success Associate will play an important role in ensuring our client engagements are well-organized, professionally managed, and smoothly executed.
This is not just a support role—we are looking for someone who can take ownership, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive operational efficiency internally.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for clients after onboarding.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and discussions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and responses.
Project Coordination
- Track ongoing projects and timelines.
- Coordinate internally with analysts and leadership teams.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Help ensure projects move smoothly without delays.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Maintain project trackers and status updates.
- Organize client files and documentation.
- Support reporting and operational reviews.
Proposal & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing business proposals and client presentations.
- Support the sales team during proposal discussions and client meetings.
- Create structured presentations for consulting solutions and operational plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and insights for proposals.
Operational Support
- Work closely with Business Analysts and leadership.
- Assist in SOP and process coordination.
- Help maintain structured workflows and reporting systems.
- Support implementation tracking and internal coordination.
What We’re Looking For

- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
