Job Purpose: Oversee the implementation of Smart Construction solutions on specific projects based in KSA, ensuring timely deployment, system performance, and user adoption.

What you’ll do

- Manage full lifecycle implementation of Smart Construction systems across assigned projects
- Ensure adherence to project-specific SC requirements and digital governance standards.
- Monitor, validate, and analyze productivity, HSSE, workforce, and equipment KPIs through digital dashboards
- Support and validate integration between SC platforms, ERP, and planning systems to maintain data consistency and reporting reliability.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and technology providers to ensure smooth daily operations




- Prepare and deliver structured digital performance reports and system status updates to ensure accurate tracking of project progress and alignment with Smart Construction operational requirements.

What you'll need

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in project management, Construction industry
- PMP, or equivalent.
- Robust construction execution knowledge
- Knowledge of Smart Construction Technology (BIM, IoT, Digital Twin)
- Leadership & Decision Making
