- Mobilization of CSR funds and building solid partnerships with corporates, institutions, and donors.

- Managing execution of projects with accountability and ensuring compliance under all applicable trust and statutory laws.

- Leading recruitments for Ashirvad Group of Units, strengthening HR policies, and effectively managing attrition.

- Driving organizational growth with strategic planning,



operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Eligibility

- Proven experience in fundraising, CSR engagement, and project management.

- Strong leadership and administrative skills with knowledge of statutory and compliance frameworks for trusts.

- Excellent communication, networking, and team management abilities.
