About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can generate leads, handle customer interactions, conduct property site visits, and close sales deals effectively. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience in achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and networking

Ø Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Ø Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers

Ø Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions

Ø Negotiate pricing and close sales deals successfully

Requirements

Ø Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
