Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Ads Executive role based in Goa, India. The Digital Ads Executive will plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant digital channels. Responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, setting up ad groups, writing and testing ad copy, and optimizing creatives for performance. The role involves monitoring campaign metrics daily, adjusting bids and budgets, and preparing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. The Digital Ads Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with brand guidelines, promotional calendars, and revenue goals,



while staying updated on digital advertising trends and platform policies.
Qualifications

- Solid experience managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and use tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in writing clear, compelling ad copy and working with creatives to test and optimize visual assets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Comfort using ad dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or leisure industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Goa and adapt to seasonal peaks in the hospitality business.
