- 4–7+ years in enterprise Windows infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, GPOs, Kerberos/NTLM, DNS, and authentication protocols.
- Hands-on with Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, federation/SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
- Solid PowerShell scripting; experience with Microsoft Graph/Automation.
- Experience with security hardening (Tier‑0, admin tiering), backup/restore, and incident response.
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity governance concepts.
- Nice to have: Exposure to MDM/Intune and workplace scenarios affecting identity enforcement.




- Harden and secure AD and Entra ID according to best practices (e.g., Tier-0, domain hardening, attack surface reduction).
- Troubleshoot complex identity issues, including authentication failures, sync errors, and access problems.
- Support incident response activities related to identity compromise and directory service attacks.
- Automate directory tasks using PowerShell, .NET and AI to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID directory services in hybrid enterprise environments.
