Hiring: Manager – Offshore Catering Operations | Mumbai (Andheri)

We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead and manage offshore catering operations for a reputed organization in the marine and offshore services industry.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offshore catering and hospitality operations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service delivery

• Handle budgeting, cost control, and operational planning

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and offshore teams

• Lead and manage catering staff to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Candidate Profile:





• MBA or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management

• Experience in offshore catering, marine catering, industrial catering, remote site catering, or hospitality operations

• Strong understanding of food service and hospitality management

• Good budgeting, reporting, and cost management skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities
