Key Responsibilities

- Key Result Areas
- Provide timely, accurate and value-added information to stakeholders
- Submit accurate monthly MIS pack within timelines
- Prepare monthly performance update deck highlighting exceptions and indicators
- Deliver quarterly business review presentations covering financial and non-financial KPIs
- Review processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial, cost & management accounting & reporting

- Financial Planning
- Develop a three-year rolling and annual operational plan aligned with shareholder objectives
- Drive the annual operating and business plan cycle with business and functional heads




- Collaborate with sales and operations to capture major KPIs
- Monitor deviations and work with functions to achieve objectives

- Decision Support
- Review key performance drivers monthly/quarterly
- Evaluate financial viability of initiatives proposed by departments
- Recommend alternatives balancing financial and business objectives

- Process Re-engineering & Improvements
- Redesign processes to deliver efficiency and productivity gains
- Simplify reporting through automation
- Implement industry best practices

- Team Development
- Provide oversight and guidance to the team and develop backups for all activities

- Self-Development
- Improve understanding of ABFL business and accounting principles; engage with stakeholders
