About the Role We are looking for a creative, fast-learning, and execution-focused AI Ads Specialist who has already experimented with or created AI-generated ad videos, product videos, UGC-style videos, or short-form promotional content using AI tools.
This is an in-office role based in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate may be a fresher or have 0–2 years of experience, but should have hands-on exposure to AI creative tools and should be able to show previous AI-generated videos, ad experiments, sample creatives, or personal projects. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI tools to create realistic characters, voiceovers, scenes, hooks, and short-form video ads.
This role is perfect for someone who has already tried creating AI ads independently, follows the latest AI video trends, and wants to build high-impact performance creatives for real products and apps.
The selected candidate will work closely with the founders, product, growth, and marketing teams to create AI-powered video ads for multiple apps and digital products.
Our hiring process will include an AI Interview , followed by a direct interview and a practical case study.
Key Responsibilities Create ultra-realistic AI video ads using the latest AI video generation tools and models.
Develop ad concepts, scripts, hooks, scenes, and storyboards for short-form performance ads.
Generate realistic AI characters, avatars, voiceovers, backgrounds, product scenes, and video creatives.
Create video ads for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other paid ad channels.
Use AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, voiceovers, lip-syncing, avatar creation, scene generation, editing, and automation.
Convert marketing briefs into engaging AI-generated ad videos.
Research current trends in AI video creation, UGC-style ads, influencer-style videos, app ads, and viral short-form formats.
Work with the growth and marketing teams to create multiple ad variations for A/B testing.
Edit and refine videos to improve realism, clarity, pacing, hook strength, and conversion potential.
Maintain a library of AI-generated characters,



prompts, templates, scripts, ad formats, and reusable workflows.
Analyze ad performance feedback and improve future creatives based on results.
Stay updated with new AI models, tools, trends, and creative workflows in the AI advertising space.
Required Skills & Qualifications Fresher candidates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Must have previously created AI-generated ads, AI videos, UGC-style creatives, product videos, or short-form promotional videos using AI tools.
Must be able to share previous AI ad samples, personal projects, experiments, or a small portfolio during the hiring process.
Robust sense of ownership and proactive communication.
Good understanding of short-form video content, hooks, storytelling, and ad formats.
Ability to use AI tools to create realistic characters, scenes, voices, avatars, and video outputs.
Basic understanding of how ads are structured for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Basic video editing skills using mobile or desktop tools.
Ability to write simple scripts, captions, hooks, and ad copy.
Good attention to detail, especially in visual quality, realism, voice sync, lip-sync, pacing, and scene consistency.
Ability to learn new AI tools quickly and apply them practically.
Trend-aware mindset with curiosity about social media, digital ads, and AI-led content creation.
Ability to work independently and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.
Comfortable working from office in Hyderabad.

Hiring Process The selection process will include:
AI Interview
Initial screening to understand creativity, communication, AI tool exposure, ad thinking, and problem-solving approach.
Interview Round
Discussion with the team to evaluate creative thinking, ownership, communication, hands-on AI ad experience, and understanding of AI creative workflows.
Case Study / Practical Task
Candidates will be asked to create or plan an AI-generated ad concept/video based on a given brief.
