Salesforce & SPIFF ICM Specialist — India | Hybrid | Contract
Fintribe India Private Limited is sourcing an experienced Salesforce & SPIFF Incentive Compensation Management Specialist for a senior, client-facing engagement with a major global enterprise client.
This is an enterprise consulting role — not a configuration-only position. You must bring production-evidenced SPIFF implementation at Fortune 500 or large enterprise scale, with the ability to independently lead compensation design workshops and own delivery end-to-end.
Contract: Initial 6 months, extendable to 18 months
Location: India — Hybrid with some office-based when needed, at nearest enterprise client office (city confirmed at offer stage)
Work Model: Office-based by default; hybrid may be considered for the right candidate
Start: Immediate — within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
BGV: Mandatory prior to commencement
What you'll be doing:
Leading end-to-end SPIFF implementations — plan architecture, commission rules, crediting logic, accelerators, clawbacks, multi-tier payout schedules, and territory-based crediting
Independently facilitating discovery workshops with senior Finance and Sales Operations stakeholders
Translating complex compensation strategy into SPIFF architecture and authoring Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to stakeholder sign-off
Configuring SPIFF components — plans, rules, pipelines, dashboards, data sheets, worksheets, range tables, quota tables, and assignment methods
Integrating SPIFF with Salesforce Sales Cloud and enterprise systems via APIs, ETL pipelines, and custom connector field mapping
Developing Salesforce components using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
Leading UAT — authoring test scripts, managing defect resolution, and obtaining formal business sign-off
Performing commission data validation and reconciliation
Providing post-go-live support, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer
You must have — non-negotiable:
6+ years Salesforce development and administration — production-evidenced
End-to-end SPIFF enterprise implementation at Fortune 500 or large enterprise scale — named and verifiable on CV
Enterprise SPIFF consulting — independently led discovery workshops, authored FRDs, presented to senior Finance and Sales leadership
Minimum one confirmed Fortune 500 or large enterprise SPIFF implementation on CV
Salesforce development — Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs — all production-evidenced
SPIFF–Salesforce Sales Cloud integration — custom data mapping, ETL pipelines, API-based data synchronisation
Commission data validation and reconciliation capability
UAT leadership experience through to formal business sign-off
Advantageous:
Salesforce CPQ — configuration and integration with SPIFF
Salesforce Data Cloud — real-time data pipeline integration
Middleware experience — MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar
Salesforce certifications — Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator
SPIFF certifications — Designer Level 1 & 2, Partner Capstone
Multi-currency and multi-territory compensation plan design
Global enterprise exposure — APAC, EMEA, or NAR regions
