4+ years in enterprise Windows infrastructure engineering.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for contemporary management scenarios.
Knowledge of application packaging frameworks (IntuneWin, PSADT, MSI creation tools).
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and enterprise security concepts.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (>5,000 endpoints).
Basic understanding of virtualization (AVD, VMware, Hyper-V) for testing and automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch).
Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems
Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
Familiarity with software update management and WSUS/SUP administration.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, bandwidth impact of deployments).
Ability to troubleshoot client-side and server-side deployment issues.
Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
