Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Operations Manager role based in Goa, India. The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing processes, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, reservations, revenue, and operations), and maintaining accurate campaign calendars and documentation. The role involves setting up and monitoring marketing automation workflows, managing marketing technology tools, and ensuring data quality across systems. The Marketing Operations Manager will track key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, prepare reports and dashboards,
and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and return on investment. The role also includes supporting budget tracking, vendor coordination, and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines for all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Marketing Operations and Management, with experience organizing workflows, processes, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and derive insights that guide marketing decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms, including setting up campaigns, journeys, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, web, paid media) and how they integrate into broader marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or resort marketing is an advantage, as is familiarity with CRM and property management systems.
