Role Description

The Founder's Office Operation Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations and strategic projects under the guidance of the company’s founder. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental activities, conducting research, preparing reports, and supporting the execution of business strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



requiring engagement with a agile team and exposure to various aspects of the business.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle cross-functional tasks effectively
- Research and analytical skills for market analysis and report preparation
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in task management and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with startup environments is a plus
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
