✅ Genesys PureCloud Voice (Contact Center)
✅ Call Flow Configuration & Troubleshooting
✅ GCV & SIP BYOC Carriers
✅ Genesys APIs
✅ WebRTC, SIP Trunks & Voice Quality Troubleshooting
✅ Excellent Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
Manage incidents and service requests within SLA
Troubleshoot and resolve Contact Center-related issues
Configure trunks, call flows, and contact center parameters
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution
Support change management activities
Conduct end-user training and support
Maintain project and technical documentation
Nice to Have:
⭐ AI & Automation experience in Genesys Cloud
⭐ CRM Integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)
⭐ Exposure to International Contact Center Environments
⭐ Experience with other CCaaS platforms
