Performance Monitoring s Reporting
Oversee the reporting and operational discipline of Team Coordinators (TCs) and Team Leads (TLs)
.Monitor and manage floor attendance, breaks, and productive hours across the Business Development department

Identify bottom-quartile performers and implement structured corrective action plans in coordination with TCs and TL
s.Maintain and analyze floor performance reports across sales, QA, and CI metrics, and deriveactionable improvement plan
s.Support the implementation of current sales and operational strategies in coordination with SMEs,TCs, TLs, and the SalesManage

s.Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews with TCs, TLs, and team
s.Prepare and submit a weekly performance report to the Sales Manager, highlighting key metrics,issues, and actionplan
