Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop customized design concepts and space planning solutions aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and quotations.
- Convert leads into successful projects through effective consultation and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and design journey.
- Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, furniture, and interior design innovations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, Design Consultation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interior design concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, or relevant design software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Robust sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
