About the Rol

eWe are looking for a Procurement Executive to support procurement activities at ou

rBhilwara project site. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management

,procurement coordination, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely delivery o

fmaterials required for project execution

.Key Responsibilitie

s Obtain quotations and rates from vendors and suppliers

. Conduct price comparisons and negotiate with vendors for cost-effectiv

eprocurement

. Prepare Work Orders (WO) and Purchase Orders (PO)

. Coordinate with vendors and follow up for timely delivery of materials

. Track material requirements and provide procurement support to project teams





. Coordinate with site teams, stores, and accounts departments

. Maintain procurement records, rate comparison sheets, and reports

. Support ERP data entry and procurement-related documentation

. Handle procurement-related email communication and correspondence

. Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies

.Required Qualification

sEducatio

n BBA / B.Tech / Graduate in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering

,or related field

. MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) preferred

.Experienc

e 1–2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase functions

. Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or project-based industries will b

epreferred
