Must Have Skills:

Required Skills / Essential Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration and cluster management.
- Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration platforms.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and pipeline implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as:
- Bash
- Python
- Go (preferred)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Alerting & observability platforms
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes security concepts:
- RBAC
- Network Policies
- Secrets Management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Solid collaboration and communication abilities.

Preferred / Desirable Skills

- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio / Linkerd).
- Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD / FluxCD).
- Familiarity with container security and compliance practices.
- Certification(s) such as:
- CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- CKAD – Certified Kubernetes Application Developer
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Experience Required

6-10 Years of relevant experience in Kubernetes Engineer / Kubernetes DevOps Engineer
