Associate Manager (Human Resources) Esops Management – Noida, HO

Physics Wallah (PW), one of India’s leading EdTech companies, is looking for an Associate Manager – HR to manage the complete ESOP lifecycle and support post-IPO ESOP operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end ESOP operations including grants, vesting, exercises, and transfers
- Handle post-IPO ESOP processes and reporting requirements
- Manage the Qapita platform and maintain data accuracy
- Coordinate with Legal and Company Secretary teams for ESOP-related corporate actions
- Resolve employee and stakeholder queries related to ESOPs
- Maintain MIS, documentation, and ensure compliance with taxation norms

Skills Required

- Solid understanding of ESOP structures, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in ESOP management or equity compensation
- Experience with ESOP tools like Qapita preferred
- Exposure to post-IPO ESOP processes and taxation is an added advantage
