Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead and execute design initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, hands-on design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling creatives across digital, print, and video platforms
- Design social media creatives, thumbnails, presentations, print layouts, OOH banners, website visuals, and marketing collaterals
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and branding solutions
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all communication touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, content, creative,



and tech teams to translate briefs into impactful visual outputs
- Generate fresh digital ideas and contribute to campaign ideation and execution
- Provide creative direction, mentorship, and support to junior designers and freelancers
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and evolving digital design practices
- Maintain high creative standards and ensure only quality work is delivered

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio
- Experience in handling digital, print, branding, and campaign creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, and branding
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency or media environment
- Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and drive creative efficiency
- Robust communication and presentation skills

Added Advantage

- Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
