Job Description

Globalway Innovation Pvt Ltd, a leader in solar-powered air conditioning solutions, is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and drive business operations, sales, and product development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the overall operations, set strategic goals, and ensure alignment with company vision.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, drive product awareness, and expand customer base for solar-powered AC solutions.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor department heads (sales, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) to enhance productivity and meet organizational goals.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D; team to develop innovative solar-powered air conditioning products that meet customer needs.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting,



and financial performance to ensure company profitability.
- Customer Relations: Establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maintain and grow business opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations and standards for solar-powered products.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the renewable energy or HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technology, HVAC systems, and the sustainability market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and team management.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market.
