1) HR Apprentice - L&D; Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Support the Learning & Development team in planning and coordinating training programs.
- Assist in scheduling sessions, managing attendance, and tracking completion.
- Maintain learning dashboards.
- Coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery execution




- Provide administrative support for onboarding and induction activities.

Skills & Attributes:

- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in employee development and training.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.

2) HR Apprentice – Engagement & Communications Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Draft internal communications, newsletters, and event updates.
- Support the creation of posters, mailers, and digital content for HR campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics for engagement activities and collect feedback.
- Maintain records of participation and prepare summary reports.

Skills & Attributes:

- Valuable writing and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with interest in communication and branding.
- Familiarity with Canva/PowerPoint or other design tools is a plus.
- Collaborative and enthusiastic about employee engagement.
