The ideal candidate should be a Goan or currently residing in Goa, with 10–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within multi-unit or group business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the entire HR function across the group companies.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.




- Act as a strategic partner to management in driving organizational growth and culture.

Key Requirements:

- Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proven leadership ability to independently manage and streamline HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and organizational capability.
