- Experience & Track Record
- 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years leading a product function (PM + Design + Research) at a B2B SaaS company selling to enterprise buyers.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities at enterprise scale—not just roadmapping them. You’ve taken intelligent features from prototype to production.
- Deep familiarity with the HRTech, L&D;, or Talent Management ecosystem. You understand how CHROs, L&D; leaders,
and enterprise IT buyers evaluate and purchase platforms.
- Experience managing a product through a platform expansion or category transition—you’ve been through the shift from point solution to platform and know where it breaks.
- Track record of working with growth-stage or PE-backed companies where product decisions directly impact revenue trajectory and investor confidence.
- Skills & Mindset
- Platform thinking: reason about data layers, orchestration, and application surfaces, and make product decisions that respect infrastructure constraints.
- Enterprise sales fluency: experience in customer calls, shaping pricing and packaging, and building product narratives that accelerate deal velocity.
- AI product instincts: understand how contemporary AI capabilities can be applied to enterprise workflows in ways that create genuine value, not just demo-ware.
- Execution intensity: default to shipping, not processing. able to run tight sprints while maintaining strategic coherence across a multi-phase roadmap.
- Communication clarity: able to present product strategy to a board, translate platform architecture for CHRO buyers, and write a crisp PRD that engineers respect.
