- 4+ years in enterprise Windows infrastructure engineering.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for modern management scenarios.
- Knowledge of application packaging frameworks (IntuneWin, PSADT, MSI creation tools).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policies, and enterprise security concepts.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (>5,000 endpoints).
- Basic understanding of virtualization (AVD, VMware, Hyper-V) for testing and automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch).
- Good knowledge of Windows client operating systems
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
- Familiarity with software update management and WSUS/SUP administration.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, bandwidth impact of deployments).
- Ability to troubleshoot client-side and server-side deployment issues.
- Robust documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
