Duties:
Core Responsibilities
Lead for Migration: Design and oversee the data mapping logic for moving candidate and employee records between HR Systems of - ServiceNow, Avature (CRM) and Workday (ATS), etc.
Schema Alignment: Ensure field-level compatibility across systems to prevent data loss or corruption during high-stakes migration phases.
Data Transformation: Define the "if/then" logic for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring historical data remains searchable and compliant in the new architecture.

Experience Logic: Map out the technical branching logic for automated candidate interactions, ensuring a seamless handshake.
API Governance: Work with engineering to ensure all third-party integrations are performant, secure, and resilient to system updates.
Technical QA: Design and execute technical test cases for end-to-end workflows
Scope: This is a technical-heavy role. We are seeking a "builder" mindset-someone who understands the underlying data structures, not just the project timelines.

Skills:
Skills in order to be successful in this role:
Systems & Integration: ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub), Workday Connectors, Avature, API Architecture (REST/SOAP).
Data Management: ETL Logic, Data Schema Design, XML/JSON, Microsoft Excel (Advanced Data Analysis).
Product Methodology: Agile/Scrum, Backlog Grooming, Technical Requirements Documentation (BRD/FRD).
Qualified Skills: Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Leadership, Technical Troubleshooting, and Analytical Problem Solving.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Lead and participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
4. Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
5. Work closely with developers and qa teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.
6.



Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.
7. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as sql, python, or r.
2. Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
3. Experience working in agile environments using methodologies like scrum or kanban.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
6. Analytical mindset with a detail oriented and problem-solving approach.
7. Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements

1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.

Maximum Salary (US): 169000

Minimum Salary (US): 108000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
