? Location & Hybrid Model

- Location: Nagpur (Strict Filter: You must currently reside in Nagpur).
- Work Type: Hybrid (A balanced mix of remote planning and active field execution. Regular local travel across Nagpur's campus hubs to meet college teams is a core requirement).
- Eligibility: Open to freshers, recent graduates, and final-year students based in Nagpur.

? Key Responsibilities 1. On-Ground College Tie-ups (Primary Focus)

- Campus Outreach: Visit engineering, management, and degree colleges across Nagpur to pitch myHRSG and secure strategic partnerships.
- Networking: Connect and build rapport with College Placement Cells, Placement Officers, and Heads of Departments (HoDs).
- Corporate Support:



Interact with local HR professionals and corporate leaders to invite them to our network.
- Event Execution: Provide on-ground support during our high-profile HR seminars, summits, and workshops in Nagpur.

2. Community Coordination (Secondary Focus)

- Help with routine community updates and professional posts on LinkedIn.
- Support event coordination and communication with speakers/partners via email and phone.
