Key Responsibilities :
Configure and install IoT-based devices.
Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of devices.
Attend in office installation and service activities.
Provide technical support to customers.
Maintain installation and service reports accurately.
Monitor device performance and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution.
Update daily work status and service activities to management.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during field operations.
Required Skills :
Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical systems.
Understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and report preparation.
Willingness to travel for field service activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
